On a compact footprint of just under 7 x 4 m (or 4 x 4 m in semi-automatic mode), this innovative robot cell enables a working distance of 5 m to 6 m between the production lines. Our robot is versatile and can handle shipping cases of different sizes. Optionally, intermediate layers can be inserted at predefined levels.
The design allows stacking on EURO or industrial pallets according to the specific job syntax, with the particular advantage that no additional pallet magazine is required. Control is intuitive via a user interface with a large touch screen similar to that of our tried-and-tested Diana folder gluers.
The robot cell has both the CE mark and the GS mark.
