Our twin palletizing robot cell consists of two separate palletizing positions and can therefore be used to simultaneously run two production lines, like for example folder gluers. With a footprint of 9.4 x 6.9 m, the cell is designed to take up minimal space.
Our robot is versatile and can handle shipping cases of different sizes. Inserting intermediate layers at predefined levels is also possible. The cutting-edge design allows customized stacking on EURO or industrial pallets. The wide range of functions of gripper No. 5 eliminates the need for an additional pallet magazine. Control is intuitive via a user-friendly interface with a large touch screen based on our tried-and-tested Diana folder gluers.
The robot cell has both the CE mark and the GS mark.
