Even easier to set up and load

The MK Diana Smartfeeder is based on the successful Diana Feeder. Its improved design eliminates the need for repositioning when changing format lengths. Combined with the optionally available MK Diana Stackturner, it offers the ideal entry point into our blank feeding robot technology.

Independently of the format length the Diana Smartfeeder remains in the same position. Therefore, it is no longer required to move the entire machine forward and backward as when using the standard Diana Feeeder.

Shorter make ready time: The settings of the side walls, gauges and the format length is being indicated on operator side either analogy or digitally.

In combination with a Diana Stackturner and Blankfeeder robot, the Diana Stackturner remains in its position. This is allowing the robot to make optimal use of the stack transport belts of the Diana Stackturner, as it is in relation to the robot fix.
